The HIV/Aids crisis hit Zimbabwe particularly hard, leaving many orphaned children throughout the country. This means that there are hundreds of orphaned or abandoned children in Zimbabwe who are being cared for by extended family. These children are living in some of the most impoverished villages in Zimbabwe. In a country where unemployment is over 90% and inflation is completely out of control. All of this was only made worse by the impact of the covid pandemic. Therefore, there is little hope that these children will be able to attend school without assistance.

Zimbabwe Project Society believes very strongly that education is one possible solution out of this extreme poverty. It is for this reason that we have established the “Orphan Sponsorship Program” and we invite you to be a part of it.

Sponsorship Information

Below you have the option to sponsor a school for a year or Sponsor a child monthly. All donations are in USD. You are welcome to sponsor more than one child or school, you will just have to do a separate check out for each option you pick. Once a child is sponsored, your child's photo will no longer be on this page. We will make room for other orphans' photos to be put up and have an opportunity for sponsorship.

What does your donation Cover?

In Zimbabwe each child has to pay school fees per semester. Your tax deductible donation will cover those school fees. The student will also have help with their school supplies, get a new uniform and shoes. We are also hoping to help with nutrition programs at the schools. Thank you for your love and support for the vulnerable children of Zimbabwe.
